I am writing this e-mail to commend one of your employees. Last night shortly before 6pm CST until 7:20pm CST I had e-mail correspondence with your employee John. I had been unable to access my Web site's e-mail account at mclark@maureenoclark.com which I have through Seanic, and had requested assistance. John was very knowledgeable and patient as he tried to troubleshoot the problem with me. After several e-mail exchanges, in which he instructed me to try various remedies, we were able to determine that it was an internal problem with my computer as it accessed Mozilla Firefox. John suggested that I access my account through Internet Explorer. I was very thankful that I was able to do that successfully. John ran tests accessing my account from Internet Explorer and from Firefox and therefore was able to tell me that it was an internal computer problem.
I very much appreciate his time, his patience and his professionalism.
